About
Mayur & Co was founded by Mayur Pujara, who is a seasoned Corporate Lawyer having a stellar record in various areas of corporate and private client consulting for over a decade. Mayur is passionate about helping businesses succeed and believes that success comes from having a clear vision, strong leadership, and effective execution. He has advised a wide range of clients from start-ups to listed companies while being instrumental to many noticeable M&A and corporate transactions.
He has been a prominent speaker at various forums and a focus committee member at multiple business councils and trade organizations to provide public policy inputs. He was also a member of Official UAE Private Sector Delegation accompanying H.E. Abdulla Al Saleh, Under Secretary of UAE Ministry of Economy to Ghana in 2018. Moreover, he has also served as an independent director and trustee for many corporations and private family foundations.
As far as his academic qualifications are concerned, he is a Double Bachelor in Commerce and Law, as well as Master in Commerce with business management major from India. He holds following licenses under his name -
